Shipping
Brenese™ Care Products, LLC uses First Class Unites States Postal Services delivery method. All
orders received before 12:00 am are dispatched the same day.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard and American Express and Pay Pal. No surcharge on any
credit cards.
Order Information
Orders can be cancelled, if received prior to the order being shipped.
All of our orders are shipped through Australia Post and will be dispatched on the day received (if
ordered before 2pm EST). There may be occasions which will be out of our control where orders
may be delayed. If this is the case Brenese™ Care Products, LLC will make every attempt to inform
you. If an incorrect product has been ordered, it may be returned for a full refund (at your cost)
providing the product is in the same condition as it was sent (unopened).
